Saúde Pública de Cuba para Norte Americanos.

Michael Moore viajou a Cuba com três voluntários que haviam trabalhado nas ruínas do World Trade Center, em New York, depois dos ataques de 11 de setembro de 2001. Segundo ele, os voluntários sofrem de problemas de saúde desde que atuaram naquele local e têm dificuldade de acesso aos tratamentos públicos nos Estados Unidos da América. Moore diz tê-los levado de barco até a base naval estadunidense de Guantánamo – que fica encravada no leste de Cuba e onde Washington mantém suspeitos estrangeiros de terrorismo – para ver se eles receberiam o mesmo atendimento médico gratuito dos detentos. Após serem barrados, eles decidiram ver que tipo de atendimento médico encontrariam em Cuba, cujo governo comunista se orgulha da qualidade de seus hospitais.
